Elayne P. Bernstein Theatre at Shakespeare & Co. - Lenox, MA
The project was an adaptive reuse of a 60,000 SF athletic facility into a multi-purpose performing arts center with intimate performance spaces, scene and costume shops and hospitality services.
The project was completed within a tight timeframe in order to accommodate the performance season 6 months after the start of construction. A complete and new sprinkler and alarm system were incorporated into the construction including new theatre and three rehearsal studios.
